Overview
Çayırova Residences II is our boutique-scale residential project in the Çayırova district of Kocaeli, consisting of 9 apartments and 2 commercial units. Having a small number of independent units, it offers residents a more private and peaceful living space. The building, which stands out with its modern lines, is a concrete example of our engineering quality and detail-oriented craftsmanship approach. The project offers advantages that facilitate daily life with its ease of transportation and proximity to social amenities.
Challenge
Our main goal was to combine a small number of apartments with a high quality of life in a boutique-scale project. At the same time, the shops located on the ground floor needed to be planned in a way that would not disturb the residents.
Solution
Privacy was ensured by separating the building entrances for residential and commercial areas. While high-level solutions were applied for sound and thermal insulation, common areas were designed with a minimal and modern approach. Floor plans that create spacious interior volumes were preferred in the apartments.
Results
With its limited apartment quota filling up in a short time, the project attracted significant interest. With the satisfaction of its residents and the value it has created in the region, it stands among our successful projects.
